{Guilt Free} Savory Prosciutto, Kale & Parmesan Bread
Ingredients
  • 3 cups chopped kale
  • ½ tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups all purpose flour (I used Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 2 extra large eggs (or 2 large eggs + 1½ Tbsp milk)
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ½ cup plain, non fat greek yogurt
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • ½ cup crumbled prosciutto
