Ingredients
  • 1 large red onion, peeled and very thinly sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon black peppercorns
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Mexican oregano
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¾ cup apple cider vinegar
Steps
  1. Put them in your sandwiches, put them in your burrito, put them in anything you want, just make sure you make the time to put these in your mouth.
