- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 yellow onion, chopped roughly
- 28 oz. can fire roasted diced tomatoes (or two 14.5 oz cans)*
- 2 cups chicken stock (or vegetable stock)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
