Ingredients
  • 240 mL 1 cup whole milk
  • 120 mL ½ cup warm water
  • 60 mL ¼ cup; 57g unsalted butter, melted.
  • 50 g ¼ cup sugar
  • 7 g 2 ¼ teaspoons; 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 500 g 4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting (up to an additional 50g if using a stand mixer)
  • 9 g 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 large eggs room temperature (One is for the egg wash.)
  • Neutral oil for greasing
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Maldon salt for finishing
