Taco Ring
Pampered Chef

Ingredients
  • 1 Ib ground beef - cooked
  • 1 pkg (35g) taco seasoning mix or 2 to 3 Tbsp Pampered Chef Southwestern Seasoning
  • 4 to 6 oz cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 pkgs Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

  • subheading: Garnishings:
  • 1 green pepper, made into “cup”
  • 1 cup salsa, pour into green pepper
  • 3 cups lettuce, shredded
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • ½ cup olives (optional), chopped
  • Sour Cream
Steps
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Combine meat, taco mix, cheese, tomato paste, onion and garlic in Bowl, mix well.
  3. Arrange crescent triangles in a circle with bases overlapping and points out on the Large Round Stone, leaving a 5" circle in center. Using Baker's Roller seal edges.
  4. TIP: Place a triangle at 12 o'clock, 3, 6 and 9 then add 3 triangles in between each section).
  5. Scoop meat mixture on dough all around. Fold points over meat and tuck under. Bake on bottom rack 20 to 25 min until brown.
  6. Place pre-cut pepper filled with salsa in centre of Ring. Mound lettuce, tomato, and olives around pepper. Garnish with sour cream.
