Umami Almond, Quinoa, and Sun-Dried Tomato Burgers
Ingredients
  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 1 ½ cups quinoa, cooked and cooled*
  • ¾ to 1 cup green onions, sliced
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped, oil-free
  • 1 clove garlic, cut in quarters
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon tamari (or coconut aminos for soy-free version)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons tomato paste
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary (or 1 ½ teaspoons fresh rosemary leaves)
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt (optional)
