  • 1 cup frozen peas , thawed
  • 1 cup sliced green olives with pimentos , drained
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
