Stir Fry Noodles with Ponzu and Bok Choy
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1 head bok choy, chopped (green and white parts)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ⅓ cup ponzu sauce (a blend of Japanese soy sauce and citrus - typically lemon and orange)
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 14 ounces cooked stir-fry noodles (these are pre-cooked, so they just need 2 minutes in a hot pan)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh scallions, optional
