Healthy Chicken Alfredo (Low Fat + High Protein)

  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth (240g)
  • 1 cup low-fat milk (240g) or milk of choice
  • ¾ cup fresh parmesan cheese grated or shaved + more for garnishing
  • ½ tsp salt and pepper
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • Fresh parsley chopped for serving
