Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Bars

  • ½ cup sour cream (light or regular)
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (use Meyer lemons if you can get them)
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries (about 2 cups)
