Ingredients
- 1 large avocado
- 3 steamed russet potatoes chopped
- ¼ red onion minced
- 2 stalks celery diced
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ¼c water
- ¼ tsp paprika
Steps
- Mash together your avocado, maple syrup, water, apple cider vinegar and dill until smooth.
- Add in your onion and celery and mix.
- Then add in your steamed potatoes.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste and paprika if you wish.
