Ingredients
  • 2 pounds boneless pork loin

  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½- cup fresh rosemary leaves
  • salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
  • small red potatoes, washed and quartered
  • carrots, peeled and cut on an angle
