These Clean Eating Lettuce Wrapped Burritos Are Perfect for Weight Loss Goals!
Ingredients
  • 8 large Iceberg lettuce leaves (from 1 head)
  • 1 lb. ground turkey meat
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil, or olive oil
  • 2 bell peppers (red and green), diced
  • ½ yellow onion, diced
  • 2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to your taste
  • 15-oz. black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, I used organic frozen corn
  • ⅓ cup shredded cheese, optional
  • a handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • lime wedges, to serve
