Coca-Cola Cake

1 cup (2 sticks) Butter

3 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

1 cup Coca-Cola at room temperature

Melt butter in a saucepan with cocoa and coca-cola. Bring to a boil and let cool a bit.

subheading: Meanwhile mix in a bowl:

2 cups All Purpose Flour

2 cups Sugar

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

Pour the coca-cola mixture over the dry ingredients and whisk together well.

subheading: In a measuring cup pour the following:

½ cup Buttermilk

2 Eggs

1 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Whisk together and pour into the cake mixture and stir well.

Now add: 1-½ cups Mini-Marshmallows

Stir together and pour into a buttered 9 inch x 13 inch baking dish and bake at 350 Degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean ur crumby.

subheading: FROSTING RECIPE:

½ cup (1 stick) Butter

2 tablespoons unsweetened Cocoa Powder

6 tablespoons Coca-Cola
