- ¼ of a fresh pineapple, skin and core removed, and cut into 1" strips
- 4 kale leaves
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- Juice the pineapple and the kale following the instructions for normal juicing in your juicer manual.
- Switch your juicer strainer to the coarse one, and then juice the banana. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
