  • Coconut oil or avocado oil spray
  • ½ oz / 15g chia seeds
  • 6 ½ oz / 125g almond flour / ground almonds (NOT meal)
  • 1 oz / 28g egg white powder
  • 3 tsp ground cardamom
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 2 oz / 55g erythritol OR allulose
  • 4 oz / 110g dried apricots, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup / 6 fl oz. cold water
