  • ⅓ c sliced almonds
  • ⅓ c cilantro, chopped
  • 4 cup roasted or poached chicken, shredded
  • subheading: Almond Butter Dressing:
  • ⅔ c almond butter
  • ¼ c extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ c rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 to 4 tbsp water, as needed
