Ingredients
  • 2 tins of tomatoes
  • 2 tins of mixed beans
  • 1 onion
  • 1kg Minced beef
  • A couple of peppers
  • Fresh chilies, as many as you dare.
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon About 75g dark chocolate ,
  • 1 beef stock cube
Steps
  1. Fry the beef and onions first. Add everything else into a slow cooker and cook for at least 8hrs on high. Ideally make it the day before you want to eat it and let it rest (in the slow cooker NOT the fridge) overnight.
