  • 24 oz chicken (4 to 6 ounces fresh or can used canned)
  • 48 oz stir fry veggies (frozen or fresh, both work well)
  • 2 cup chicken broth
  • 12 tablespoons soy sauce (2 to 3 Tbsp soy sauce or 1 or 2 squirts of Braggs Liquid Aminos)
  • 12 teaspoons dark sesame oil
  • 6 sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 ½ teaspoons THM Gentle Sweet (or ¼ tsp THM Super Sweet Blend)
  • ¾ teaspoons garlic powder (or to taste)
  • 6 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 21 oz Trim Healthy Rice (optional; ½ package of single serve size, or THM Not Naughty Noodles, drained)
