Baked Onion Strings (Vegan + Gluten Free)
Ingredients
  • 1 big or 2 small white onions
  • 2 cups unsweetened plant milk of your choice (500 ml), we used soy milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 and ½ cups flour (240 g), we used brown rice flour
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
