Air Fryer Mongolian Beef

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Flank steak Cut into thin slices
  • ¼ cup Corn starch
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Or butter.
  • ¼ Cup Soy Sauce I used Low sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar Or granulated sugar substitute of choice. I used Golden Monk fruit.
  • 2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions optional
  • Sesame seeds optional
