  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon sazón seasoning
  • subheading: FOR THE QUESO:
  • 1 (about 13.5-ounce) can full-fat coconut milk
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons nutritional yeast (3 tablespoons for a mild queso, 4 tablespoons for a “sharper” queso)
  • 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch ground turmeric
