Ingredients
  • 4 medium sweet red peppers
  • 15 ounces black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup shredded fat-free shredded cheese
  • ½ pound browned ground turkey 99% fat-free
  • 1 cup long-grain brown rice cooked
  • 1 cup salsa hot or mild-however you like it!
  • 1-¼ teaspoons chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
