Ingredients
- So I made a 5.5lb turkey breast in the Instant Pot while I cooked everything else. We had a mini-giving and only took a hour and 15 min or so.
- I rubbed the turkey breast 1 teaspoon rosemary 1 teaspoon smoked paprika(for the color) 3 cloves of garlic, 2 cups of chicken broth, and salt and pepper.
- I cooked it for 35 min and 10 NPR.
- I let it sit under the broiler while I finished mashing the potatoes. It came out really well and everyone loved it!
