Low Sodium Mac and Cheese
Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 pound Cavatappi (or your favorite pasta)
  • ½ cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
