Instant Pot Cheesy Taco Pasta

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg McCormick's Cheesy Taco Seasoning
  • 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
  • 2 small cans tomato sauce
  • 3 cups pasta (shells)
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 2 cups Mexican blend cheese
Steps
  1. Brown the ground beef on saute;
  2. Add the taco seasoning while browning;
  3. Add everything else except cheese and stir.
  4. Cook Manual/High for 5 minutes.
  5. Quick Release.
  6. Stir in cheese until melted.
