  • 50 g dried mung beans
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 70 g milk
  • ¾ tsp table salt
  • 40 g confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tbsp glutinous rice flour
  • 15 g vegetable oil
  • 10 g walnuts, chopped optional
