Falafel "Smash" Pita

  • Avocado oil
  • Pita bread
  • Toppings: lettuce tomato, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, za’atar

  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cucumber grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt plus more to taste
