Ingredients
- 1 c butter
- 3 c sugar
- 6 lg eggs (divided and whites whipped to peaks)
- 3 c flour ( sifted 3x )
- ¼ t soda
- 1 c sour cream
Steps
- Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks.
- Sift flour and soda together and to mixture. Add sour cream. Fold in beaten egg whites.
- Bake at 350* for 1 hour 10 min
