  • 6 scallion, white and green parts separated and sliced thin on bias
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves, large leaves sliced in half lengthwise
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
