Egg Drop Soup
Ingredients
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 eggs & 1 egg yolk
  • Green onions...separate the white & the green part(for garnish)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon corn starch & 1 ½ teaspoon water to make sa slurry
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Sesame oil (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  •  
Steps
  1. Add chicken stock,ginger, garlic powder,the white part of the green onions, salt & pepper,sesame oil. HP for 3minutes. QR after
  2. On a saute mode,let the soup boil then add the corn starch slurry...stir for a minute or two. Whisk the eggs & slowly drop it in while stirring it slowly as well. Turn off the IP...
  3. Done,garnish with the green part of the green onion.
