Ingredients
- 8 tomatillos, husks removed, rinsed (I used 10)
- 1 Serrano peppers, stemmed - or up to 2
- 2 jalapeño peppers, stemmed
- note: *Remove seeds and ribs after broiling but before puree for a milder salsa, I removed only the Serrano seeds
- 1 unpeeled clove garlic
- 3 large avocados, pitted and peeled
- 1 handful cilantro (I used more)
- 1 to 2 cups water (I used ½ to ¾ cup)
- 1 teaspoon salt (I used 1-½ to 2 tsp)
