This was the first time I made these in my cast iron skillet! Omgggggg! If you have one, use it! They get super caramelized and sticky
Ingredients
  • 20 chicken wings
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 TBLS Ketchup
  • ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 cup honey
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sriracha sauce ( can use less if you want them less spicy)
  • 1 cup Franks Hot Sauce (some people put that stuff on everything! )
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • Juice of 1 lime ( I used ¼ cup bottled lime juice)
Steps
  1. Preheat oven 375
  2. Sprinkle wings with salt and pepper
  3. Mix all the other ingredients together in large bowl
  4. Add wings and toss around with your hands or tongs
  5. Let marinate 20 to 30 minutes
  6. Place wings skin side down in a 9X13 baking pan
  7. Pour the rest of the "sauce" over the wings
  8. Cook in oven for 30 minutes on 375, then flip the wings over
  9. Bake another 30 minutes until caramelized and sticky!
  10. Serve with celery, carrots, blue cheese dressing or ranch.
  11. Enjoy!
