Instant Pot Brown Rice & Beans
Ingredients
  • 1 ¼ cup of Dry Red Kidney Beans (Soaked in water for 8 hours)
  • 1 ½ cup of Brown Rice
  • 1 32 oz, of no sodium vegetable, chicken or beef broth (Whichever you prefer) LIQUIFIED
  • I use the blender to liquify.
  • 1 14.5 oz of Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ basil, garlic & oregano (Salted 480 mg per can)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons of Oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon of Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of Tasty Salt
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon of Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
