Keto seven spice kebabs

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef,  (or Turkey or chicken)
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup parsley
  • ¼ cup chopped red onions
  • Three cloves of garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon coriander seed
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice ground
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nut Meg ground
  • ⅛ teaspoon ginger ground
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • OR  use ½ tablespoon of seven spice powder instead
Steps
  1. Chop the parsley, mint the onion and great the clothes of garlic
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
  3. For me and the 2 to 3 inch kebabs and place them on a parchment coverage sheet pan
  4. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes then boil them for 30 seconds. Enjoy!
