Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons salad oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teasppon salt
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients together
Notes
  • if no buttermilk you can add a tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice to bottom of measuring cup & fill the rest with milk. worked last time i tried it!
