Best Low Carb Keto Friendly Paratha Cooked with Fiber Rich Ingredients
Hailing from Northern part of India Paratha/Chapati has been a staple meal for us just like rice and bread is for many. It’s been almost 5 months that I am on LCHF diet and after having tried various online versions of low carb naans and chapatti breads I almost gave up until I encountered this. This is by far the best, non-eggy, easiest and quickest recipe for a low carb chapatti (or bread) which can come handy anytime. Here’s my recipe for low carb keto friendly Paratha.
Ingredients
  • 1 large egg
  • 15 gms of flaxmeal (one I use is the high fat version of linseed meal)
  • 10 gms of coconut flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 6 to 7 Carom seeds (optional)
  • 1/5 tsp of cayenne pepper powder
  • Around 50 ml water
  • 10 gms butter
