Jambalaya crockpot
Ingredients
  • 2 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 container chicken broth
  • 20 ounces Tomato paste
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon creole seasoning (spicy!)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Yellow onion
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 2 celery stalks
  • Garlic
  • White rice
  • Parsley
  • Meat: chicken, kielbasa/andouille sausage (2), shrimp (1pd) = combo of 2 meats usually
  •  
  • subheading: Additions don't use:
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper but don't like to use
  • Bay leaves
  • Dried basil
  • Tabasco sauce
Steps
  1. Saute onion and garlic for taste
  2. Put everything in crockpot
  3. Chicken boil, Shred then add
  4. Kielbasa cut up into small pieces and throw in
  5. Shrimp clean and cut put into pot
  6. Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours
  7. Cook minute rice separate then dish liquid on top when eating
  8. Top with parsley
