Gnocchi with Sage Cream Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ Tbsp oil or vegan butter
  • ½ medium onion finely diced
  • 3 Tbsp fresh sage finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ⅓ cup dry ( 80 ml) white wine (see notes)
  • 1 ¼ cups ( 300 ml) dairy-free cream or milk (see notes)
  • 1 cup frozen ( 150 g) peas thawed
  • 400 g uncooked gnocchi
  • Vegan Parmesan to sprinkle
