Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pecans and Gorgonzola
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. fresh Brussels Sprouts
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans (more or less to taste)
  • 1 T olive oil, plus a bit more to brush the baking sheet
  • salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese (see notes)
