Orange and Ginger Glazed Tofu
Ingredients
  • 1 large head of broccoli, chopped into florets
  • 1 cup (250 ml) orange juice (4 medium fresh or bottled)
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch, divided (or more if needed)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • zest of one orange
  • Sriracha, to taste (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons neutral oil
  • 1 block (14 oz / 495 grams) extra-firm tofu, drained, pressed and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Optional garnish: sesame seeds, green. onion
