Gingerbread Chocolate Chip Pancakes (Low Carb and Gluten Free Plus the Regular Kind)
Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or melted butter (plus more for pan)
  • 2 tbsp almond milk, coconut milk or whole milk
  • 1 tsp granulated erythritol (or sugar or equivalent sweetener)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Optional: ⅓ cup sugarfree chocolate chips (of the storebought variety!)
