Pressure Cooker Mom's Sunday Pot Roast and Veggies
Ingredients
  • 2.5 to 5 lb. chuck roast, extra fat removed, cut across the grain in 2” slices, connective tissue removed, patted dry with paper towels
  • 1 T. Season All salt - or choice of spices
  • ½ t. pepper
  • 1 T. oil
  • 1 ¾ c. water
  • 2 t. beef bouillon powder or base
  • (-or use 1 ¾ c. beef broth)
  • ¼ c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 med. Onion, sliced thick
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and sliced/cubed
  • 1 c. baby carrots or 2” cut length
  • in 2” slices
  • 3 T. all purpose flour
  • 3 T. softened, unsalted butter
