Chocolate Chip Cookies (vegan) (no-oil)

Ingredients
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  •  
  • 2 cups oats
  • ¼ cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Cream together the banana, sugar, salt, and vanilla
  3. Add the oats, flour, baking soda and chocolate chips and mix well
  4. Using wet hands form cookie shapes from ¼ cup of cookie dough
  5. Place cookies on baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper
  6. Bake at 400F for 15 to 20 minutes until they begin to brown
  7. Cool on rack and eat.
