A low carb walnut bread baked with coconut flour and psyllium husk powder. A great addition to the cheeseboard too.
Ingredients
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup walnuts chopped
  • ½ cup boiling water
