Caesar Salmon - E Friendly

Ingredients
  • 1 slice Ezekiel bread (or equivalant)
  • 1 5 oz can salmon drained
  • 2 Tbsp fat free mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Parmesan cheese (dry)
  • 1 handful fresh spinach
Steps
  1. In a bowl, combine salmon, mayo, garlic powder and cheese; mix well.
  2. On a slice of toasted Ezekiel bread (or other on plan bread) layer spinach and salmon spread. Serve.
