Chinese Bbq Chicken with Shredded Potato

  • 4 tbsp Shaoxing cooking wine

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Coriander leaves (for dressing)
  • 2 large potatoes (julienned)

  • 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup black vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 bird’s eye chillies (sliced finely)
  • ¼ cup coriander (stems and root finely chopped)
  • 4 garlic cloves (finely chopped)

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
