Yoghurt Propagation or Yoghurt Made with Yoghurt
Ingredients
  • 0.5 L (1 pint) of milk
  • You may use pasteurized milk or, as I do, fresh raw milk from the farm.
  • 15 mL (15 mg, 1 TBSP) of yoghurt
  • I use 3% fat fresh yoghurt from a 1 litre pack (Campina, Dutch).
  • It appears that not all yoghurts are suitable. Experiment!
