Charred Sugar Snap Peas with Sesame-Chili Sauce
too liquidy, what if I added cornstarch to the liquid before adding the snap peas? I microwaved the snap peas instead. need to give this another chance. maybe with a different veggie because snap peas almost always have a yucky string that you can't chew

  • 1 pound sugar snap peas, trimmed
  • ¼ cup chopped scallions
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons chili-garlic sauce
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
