  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (coarsely ground)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 handful cilantro (chopped)
